BLACKWATER VALLEY:  2 Common Sandpipers at ballynatray, 2 Spotted Flycatchers at Newport East.
DUNGARVAN:  4 Mediterranean Gulls (adult & 3 1st-summers) & adult Whooper Swan at Ballyneety. 2 adult Roseate Terns & 8+ Mediterranean Gulls at Killongford.
BALLYSCANLAN LAKE:  10+ Common Newts in plantation.
BROWNSTOWN HEAD:  6 Crossbills flew SW.

DUNGARVAN:  *GULL-BILLED TERN at Ballyneety (1st county record) (video & here).

EAST WATERFORD:  2 Buzzards.
 
Tues 26 June:.
DRUM HILLS:  Pair of Woodcock nr Moyng Little.
 
Mon 25 June:.
BALLYSCANLAN:  Long-eared Owl.
MONAVULLAGH MOUNTAINS:  Male Hen Harrier.
Nr LISMORE:  Spotted Flycatcher nr Towers.
WEST WATERFORD:  Pair of Buzzards.

CARRICKAVRANTRY:  HOBBY & Merlin.
EAST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
RAM HEAD:  Cuckoo.
DRUM HILLS:  3-5 Woodcock, Toor Cross Roads / Reamanagh West; Spotted Flycatcher.
BLACKWATER VALLEY:  2 Reed Warblers at Clashmore Broads (carrying food at Dooneen Quay & singing south of Clashmore Quay); pair of Spotted Flycatchers nr D'Loughtane Cross Roads.
WEST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.

RAM HEAD: Cuckoo.
HELVICK HEAD:  2 Pomarine Skuas & 3 Puffins (seawatch 1330-1400); Arctic Skua, Storm Petrel & 14 Puffins W (4 E) (seawatch 16:55-17:55).
DUNGARVAN:  Common Sandpiper at Ballyneety, 150+ Bar-tailed Godwith nr Ballynagaul.
COMERAGH MOUNTAINS:  WHITE-TAILED EAGLE (presumed wandering bird from Co Kerry reintroduction programme).
BUNMAHON:  2 Storm Petrels W (seawatch 13:50-14:40).
Nr FENOR:  Merlin.

Nr KNOCKMEALDOWN MOUNTAINS:  Male Hen Harrier.
EAST WATERFORD:   Buzzard.

CROHAUN:  Long-eared Owl chicks calling.
MOCOLLOP GLEN (nr Ballyduff):  Spotted Flycatcher & 2 Jays.
WEST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
EAST WATERFORD:  2 Buzzard chicks.

Nr VILLIERSTOWN:  3 Long-eared Owls (adult & 2 juveniles) (video).
HELVICK HEAD:  6 Storm Petrels W (seawatch 12:30-13:00).
DUNGARVAN:  Female Cuckoo (brown morph) at Cunnigar,
BUNMAHON:  Storm Petrel W.

Nr MONEYGORM:  Bank Vole.

KILBARRY BOG:  Grasshopper Warbler.

Nr VILLIERSTOWN:  Long-eared Owls at two locations (adult & 3 young at one, 2 or 3 birds at other).
KNOCKMEALDOWN MOUNTAINS:  Pair of Spotted Flycatchers at Glentanagree Bridge.
RAM HEAD:  8+ Fin Whales.
WEST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
WATERFORD CITY:  Hummingbird Hawk-moth.
 
Mon 11 June:.
KNOCKADERRY RESERVOIR:  Male & female GARGANEY again.
 
Sun 10 June:
BALLYSCANLAN:  HOBBY, 40+ Crossbills & pair of Great Crested Grebes.
DRUM HILLS:  2 Grasshopper Warblers singing, 3 Woodock and Long-eared Owls at 3 locations, nr Barranastook, 6 Stock Doves
KNOCKMEALDOWN MOUNTAINS:  Cuckoo calling nr the Vee, Spotted Flycatcher & Jay nr Knocknasheega.
 
Sat 9 June:
RAM HEAD:  6 Fin Whales; 117 occupied Kittiwake nests in study plots (most of colony), a slight improvement on 108 nests last year (but 174 nests in 2010).
Nr VILLIERSTOWN:  3 Jays.
 
Thurs 7 June:
BALLINLOUGH:  Reed Warbler.
KNOCKADERRY RESERVOIR:  Male & female GARGANEY.
TRAMORE:  2 Arctic Skuas at Rinneshark.
 
Weds 6 June:
CARRICKAVRANTRY / BALLYSCANLAN:  2 HOBBIES at Carrickavrantry Lake.
KILMURRAY (nr Dungarvan):  Merlin.
 
Tues 5 June:
KNOCKADERRY RESERVOIR:  Male GARGANEY.
EAST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
 
Mon 4 June:
KNOCKADERRY RESERVOIR:  2 GARGANEY (male & female).
EAST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
Nr MILLSTREET:  Spotted Flycatcher at Mountaincastle.
KNOCKMEALDOWN MOUNTAINS:  Cuckoo & 4 Green Hairstreak butterflies between Melleray & the Vee, another Cuckoo SW of the Vee.
BLACKWATER VALLEY:  2 Reed Warblers at Villierstown, Spotted Flycatcher nr Strancally.
WEST WATERFORD:  Buzzard.

DRUM HILLS:  Woodcock nr Knocknahoola.
DUNGARVAN:  295 late/summering Bar-tailed Godwit & 12 Knot at Kilminnin.
MID-WATERFORD:  Buzzard.
